Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Hearya, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your liked questions, pack history, profile, and avatar within 30 days. You can also email contact@ornexstudios.com to request deletion.
I'm not getting good questions. Can I improve them?
Try generating a custom pack with more specific selections — the more context you give Hearya about who you're talking to and the vibe you want, the more tailored the questions become. The optional context field is also a powerful way to steer the result.
I lost my streak — can you restore it?
Streaks are kept simple on purpose: one missed day resets the count. We don't restore streaks. The ritual matters more than the number.
Is my data backed up?
Yes — your liked questions and pack history are stored on our servers and sync across all devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
Can I use Hearya on my iPad?
Yes. Hearya is iOS-first and runs on iPhone and iPad.
I have an idea for a feature.

System requirements

- Apple ID for Sign in with Apple
- An active internet connection (required for AI-generated packs)
Reporting a bug
When emailing about a bug, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The Hearya version (visible at the bottom of Settings)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
